Prices and Payment

All prices are in £ sterling and include UK VAT at the appropriate rate. Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. Payment is taken once we have established that we can fulfil your order, checked details and stock availability and despatched your goods. We do not charge your credit or debit card until we dispatch your order.


We cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to deliver within 3 working days. We use various delivery methods from Royal Mail, Hermes, Collectplus and other couriers depending on size, weight and value.

Delivery Costs


The delivery costs for the UK are as follows:

Orders of £100 and over are delivered FREE to UK mainland addresses (excluding Scottish Highlands). There is a staggered delivery charge based on basket price, starting from as little as £1.95 (inc. VAT) for orders under £100. (Upto £4.99 = £1.95), (£5.00 to £9.99 = £2.95), (£10 to £14.99 = £3.95), (£15 to £99.99 = £4.95). A variable delivery charge will be applied to orders to all other destinations (including Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland and other European countries) and this will clearly be shown before you confirm and pay for your order


All items offered on our website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on our Web Site, click the "Add to Basket" button shown on each product page. When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the button "Order Now", we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've accepted your order or dispatched the product to you. The contract will be filed. For safety reasons your order’s data are not accessible via internet.


Right to cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Cooling off Period
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard deliveryoffered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than-
(a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
(b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or
(c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
Retention of reimbursement
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
Return of Goods
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
Return cost
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Consumer’s liabiity for dimished value of the goods
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
