One of the four brand new utility knives that have been introduced to the Global® GS range of kitchen knives. The GS-108/UT Utility Knife has a plain edge and medium sized blade at 12cm. It is a brand-new Global Knife and makes up part of our new Little Essentials range of 12 kitchen knives. A great multi-tasker, use this plain edge utility knife for a range of slicing and dicing tasks in the kitchen for both hard and soft foods. A plain edge utility knife is also the ideal tool for peeling fruit as offers a straight and clean cut.
